Sunk Costs and Future Skills

Sunk Costs –

In economics and finance texts, business students are asked to completely ignore sunk costs for decision making. The word ‘sunk’ itself implies that it is something which is gone and can never be used. But what are called these costs of course can’t be ignored. They are also resources and thus, to me, their summary dismissal does not make sense.

Skills needed for an MBA –

Photoshop, Website design and analytics (Joomla or Google pages), ability to read PDFs, and of course, rhetoric.
